Individual Health Coaching


Whether you’re looking to boost your athletic performance, jump off the yo-yo dieting train forever or simply fine tune your diet & lifestyle my individual programs are designed to satisfy your unique needs and will allow you to create the results you are looking for.  No matter where you’re at (both geographically and in your journey to your best health), I’ll meet you there and provide the tools and support you need. Many of my services are available virtually (by telephone or internet conference) or in-person, so you can enjoy the luxury and convenience of working with a personal nutrition coach from your home or office.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Schedule a mini health consultation today. This session is your opportunity to clarify your health goals and try an over-the-phone session risk-free.
  2. Choose which program is best for you or create a customized program to fit your needs.  I’ll send you the enrollment information to get started.
  3. Schedule a time for our first session.
  4. For each scheduled session, you’ll meet me or call me at the pre-arranged time and we work through a nutrition plan customized for your goals, health concerns, and lifestyle. (If you’re in the Philadelphia area, we can arrange sessions in person.)
  5. After each session, you receive an action plan and a set of handouts, resources, and tools to help you incorporate the action steps we identified during our session.

STEPPING IT UP PROGRAM – 6 weeks

You’re so close to your optimum performance levels as well as your health and wellness goals. But… there is always room for improvement; Those last few pounds just won’t budge; And you’ve got a big event – a wedding, big party or a class reunion – just around the corner that you need to look your absolute best for. If that sounds like you the Stepping It Up Program is right for you.

In this 6-week session you’ll get:
  • Three 50 minute sessions in person or by phone
  • A binder for notes and work pages
  • Food/exercise journal for daily tracking
  • Each session will include goal setting and health, nutrition & fitness strategies
  • Supportive handouts, worksheets, great recipes and resources every session to keep you inspired
  • Follow up re-cap email after sessions with detailed recommendations
  • Unlimited e-mail support during your personalized health coaching program
  • Weekly Review of your online diet & exercise journal and feedback

GET GOING PROGRAM PROGRAM - 3 months

Policies & Procedures:
Cancellation Policy: Scheduled personal sessions reserves that time slot with me. Missed sessions, other than for extreme emergencies, will still be charged in full against your program sessions. This policy’s objective is to create a reliable scheduling routine for us and create consistency and accountability throughout your program. Please enjoy your sessions and be consistent in keeping your appointments.
Re-scheduling Procedure: If you need to re-schedule an appointment, it must be done at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled training session or you will be charged for that session. Rescheduled sessions will be scheduled on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Refund Policy: There is a no refund policy on sessions purchased. Sessions must be used within the time specified.
Privacy Policy: I am committed to protecting your privacy. I will not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
